EzAlgos products are designed for NinjaTrader 8. Platform access, data connections, brokerage compatibility, and prop-firm support can vary, so contact support before purchasing if you are unsure about your setup.

EZCopy is designed to support unlimited connected accounts. Actual performance and practical limits can depend on your computer, platform connections, brokerage or prop-firm setup, and other technical conditions.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to ezalgos.com and any EzAlgos software, indicators, strategies, trade-copying tools, documentation, communities, downloads, subscriptions, lifetime licenses, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of information associated with your purchase, the security of your account credentials, and all activity conducted through your account, computer, trading platform, brokerage connections, and customer-community access.

2. Limited software license

Subject to payment and continued compliance with these Terms, EzAlgos grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Services for your own lawful trading and evaluation workflow. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, share license credentials, make the software available to third parties, remove ownership notices, bypass licensing controls, reverse engineer, decompile, modify for redistribution, or use the Services to create a competing product except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

3. Trading and financial-risk acknowledgment

Futures and leveraged trading are highly risky. You can lose some or all of the capital committed to trading and, in some circumstances, losses can exceed the initial amount deposited. EzAlgos does not execute trades for you, hold customer funds, provide brokerage services, provide individualized investment advice, or determine whether any trade is appropriate for you. No strategy, indicator, copier, risk setting, example, video, community post, historical result, simulated result, or testimonial guarantees future performance, profits, evaluation success, a funded account, or a payout.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to trade, reviewing every order, configuring all software and account settings, monitoring open positions, maintaining adequate connectivity and hardware, and understanding each broker’s and prop firm’s current rules. Risk controls, lockouts, copying functions, stops, limits, and flatten commands may be delayed, rejected, duplicated, disconnected, misconfigured, or otherwise fail.

4. Third-party platforms and services

The Services may interact with NinjaTrader, brokers, data providers, prop firms, operating systems, internet connections, Whop, Discord, and other third-party products. EzAlgos does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, pricing, rules, approvals, outages, data, order handling, slippage, rejected orders, account actions, software updates, or policy changes. References to third-party names do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

5. Purchases, subscriptions, trials, and renewals

Prices and included features are those shown at checkout. Subscription plans renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. The standalone EZCopy introductory offer charges $1 for the stated 14-day trial and then renews at $29.99 per month unless canceled before the trial ends. Lifetime access means access to the purchased license for the commercial life of that product, subject to these Terms; it does not guarantee perpetual compatibility with every future platform, operating system, broker, prop firm, or third-party change.

Payments are processed through Whop and its financial partners. Their buyer terms, payment rules, identity checks, and account procedures may also apply. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping your payment information current.

6. Cancellation and no-refund policy

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the customer or payment portal to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not retroactively reverse, prorate, or refund a charge already paid and does not create a refund for unused time. Because the Services are digital and access may begin immediately, all sales—including subscriptions, trials, renewals, and lifetime licenses—are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. The separate Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services unlawfully, disrupt or probe the website or licensing systems, distribute malware, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, interfere with another customer, facilitate unauthorized access, violate a broker’s or prop firm’s rules, or use the Services in a manner that could harm EzAlgos, its users, or third parties.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, source code, compiled code, indicators, strategies, user interfaces, documentation, text, graphics, videos, trademarks, and other content are owned by EzAlgos or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Purchasing access grants a license to use the applicable Service; it does not transfer ownership.

9. Updates, support, and availability

EzAlgos may update, replace, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, product development, legal compliance, or business operations. Support channels, response times, onboarding materials, and community access may change. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, profitability, accuracy, availability, compatibility, or uninterrupted operation. You assume the entire risk arising from installation, configuration, use, and trading decisions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzAlgos and its owners, personnel, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, account closures, failed evaluations, denied payouts, order errors, platform failures, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid directly for the affected Service during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EzAlgos and its owners, personnel, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another party’s rights.

13. Suspension and termination

EzAlgos may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, chargeback abuse, credential sharing, unauthorized distribution, security threats, unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms, or conduct that threatens the Services or other users. Termination does not create a refund right.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Wisconsin, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

15. Changes and severability

EzAlgos may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the checkout terms form the entire agreement relating to the Services unless a separate written agreement applies.

This Privacy Policy explains how EzAlgos (“EzAlgos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit ezalgos.com, purchase or use an EzAlgos product, communicate with us, or participate in an EzAlgos customer community.

1. Information we may collect

  • Contact and account information: name, email address, username, customer identifiers, communication preferences, and information you submit to support.
  • Purchase and license information: product purchased, plan, subscription status, transaction date, payment status, license or device identifiers, and related records received from Whop or other service providers. EzAlgos does not directly store full payment-card numbers entered through hosted checkout.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser, device and operating-system information, site interactions, error logs, installation or activation information, and security events.
  • Communications and community content: messages, support requests, feedback, survey responses, and content submitted in customer communities.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: basic cookies needed for site operation and, if enabled, analytics or marketing technologies used to understand traffic and campaign performance.

2. How we use information

We may use information to provide and license the Services; verify purchases and customer access; process or reconcile transactions; provide updates, onboarding, and support; operate customer communities; maintain security; detect fraud, misuse, credential sharing, or technical problems; improve products and website performance; send service communications and, where permitted, marketing communications; enforce agreements; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How information may be shared

We may share information with vendors that help operate the business, including payment and commerce providers such as Whop, hosting providers, email and customer-support services, analytics providers if enabled, licensing and security vendors, and professional advisers. These providers may use information only for their contracted services and under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security issues, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business. EzAlgos does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

4. Payments and third-party services

Purchases are completed through third-party checkout and payment services. Those providers collect and process payment, identity, fraud-prevention, tax, and transaction information under their own policies. Links to NinjaTrader, brokers, prop firms, Discord, YouTube, X, and other third-party services are governed by those services’ privacy practices, not this Policy.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain license and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, and protect the security of the business. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it was collected.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No website, transmission method, trading platform, or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, trading platform, and customer-community access.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message while continuing to receive essential product, billing, security, and account communications. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. Requests may be sent to support@ezalgos.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

You can control browser cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality. Where legally required and technically applicable, additional consent or opt-out controls may be provided.

8. Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

9. International visitors

If you access the Services outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your location.

10. Policy changes

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or technology changes. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, email, customer portal, or community when appropriate.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective June 26, 2026

All sales are final

EzAlgos products are digital software, licenses, subscriptions, downloads, community access, and related digital services. Access may be delivered or activated immediately after purchase. For that reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including initial subscription payments, renewals, trials, lifetime licenses, upgrades, and unused subscription time, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Recurring subscriptions

Essentials, Ultimate, and the monthly EZCopy plan renew automatically at the price and interval displayed at checkout until canceled. You may cancel through the applicable Whop or customer portal to prevent the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and does not refund or prorate the current period.

$1 EZCopy trial

The standalone EZCopy offer begins with a $1, 14-day trial and then renews at $29.99 per month unless canceled before the trial ends. Forgetting to cancel, not installing the software, not using the product, changing trading plans, failing a prop-firm evaluation, platform incompatibility that was not confirmed before purchase, or dissatisfaction with trading results does not create a refund right.

Lifetime license

The $499.99 EZCopy lifetime license is a one-time digital-license purchase and is non-refundable except where required by law. “Lifetime” refers to the commercial life of the purchased product and does not guarantee compatibility with every future third-party platform, broker, operating system, or policy change.

Billing problems

If you believe you were charged more than once, charged after a timely cancellation, or did not authorize a transaction, contact support@ezalgos.com and the payment provider promptly so the transaction can be investigated. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
